Cancellation Policy


Domestic hikes:

  • Participants who cancelled 3 weeks or earlier before the day of the departure for the hike will be entitled to a full refund
  • Participants who cancelled 11-20 days before the departure for the hike will be entitled to a full refund but clients must pay a cancelation fee of Php 300 for single day hikes and Php 600 for multi-day hikes
  • Participants who cancelled 10 days or later before the departure for the hike will not be entitled to any refund, rescheduling, or transfer to a different hike. A participant may instead transfer his/her slot to a proxy who will hike on the same destination and date.Participants who fail to show up during the hike will have their booking considered cancelled and will not be entitled to any refund.

International Hikes:

  • Only fees that can be recovered from expenses already paid shall be returned.

Transferring the payment of a cancelling participant to another participant of the same hike is not allowed

Transferring to another hike is allowed until 7 days before the departure of the hike but will entail a fee of Php 200 for single day hikes and Php 500 for multi-day hikes. Transferring to another hike will not be allowed 10 days or later before the departure for the hike.

Transferring to another hike can only be done once.

If a hike is cancelled by Trail Adventours due to weather, safety conditions, or any other circumstance, a participant is entitled to reschedule or transfer to another hike or to a full refund.

Trail Adventours is entitled to reschedule or cancel a hike if the number of participants fell below the minimum required participants. For cases of rescheduled hike ordered by Trail Adventours, participants will be given a discount for their affected hike.
