Maranat Range and Waterfalls

Book Now!

Overview

The town of Rodriguez, Rizal, just outside Metro Manila, holds one of the gateways to the famous Sierra Madre Mountain Range: Mt. Maranat has boasts of luscious greenery, rolling terrain, streams, pools, and waterfalls.

Unknown to many, “Maranat” is actually the name of the falls, which belongs to Mt. Oriod. The falls is a majestic sight to behold. The fruit-bearing trees that abound in the area, and the cascading water from the falls, framed by fallen logs, make for a relaxing experience. One may even take a refreshing swim in the cool waters.

With its accessibility and affordability, and the challenge and beauty it offers, Mt. Maranat is becoming a favorite destination among outdoor enthusiasts, especially for those who seek to commune with nature in the outskirts of the city.
