Overview

Mt. Kilimanjaro standing at more than 5,800 MASL is the highest mountain in Africa and one of the Seven Summits of the world. Located in Tanzania, the roof of Africa is a formidable climb but rewards those who dare climb it with spectacular views, wildlife sightings and an glimpse of the local culture. A hike to Mt. Kilimanjaro is also unique as you pass by a diversity of environments from it's hot plains, lush forests to it's snow capped summit.

09:00 AM Arrive at Summit, Uhuru Peak (5,896 MASL)
10:00 AM Start Descent
09:00 PM Arrive and camp at Mweka Forest
Day 9
09:00 AM Wake-up call and breakfast
10:00 AM Start descent
02:30 PM Arrive at Mweka Gate. End of Trek. Head to Hotel
03:30 PM Arrive at Hotel. Settle down and rest
07:00 PM Celebratory Dinner
Day 10
07:00 AM Breakfast. Depart to the airport for the flight back to Manila or the option to stay in Africa for a Zanzibar or Safari tour side-trip.
