Overview

This tour is carefully created combining hiking and wellness in Nepal. Nepal is more than a hiking destination, it is a place of deep inner connection and natural healing. Walking through the Himalayas, surrounded by vast mountains and pristine landscapes, there is an immediate sense of grounding and return to self. The rhythm of hiking, the stillness of nature, and the sacred energy of the land invite presence, reflection, and inner calm.

Many are drawn to Nepal because it naturally awakens a feeling of oneness with nature, with something greater, and with one’s own inner wisdom. Healing unfolds gently here as the mind quiets, the body softens, and space is created for renewal.
Our journey intentionally blends mindful hiking with wellness practices including sound healing, restorative yoga, meditation, and healing group circles. These experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, and deeper integration allowing the mountains to become not just a backdrop, but an active part of the healing process.

The hike will happen for 4 days and is classified as ‘intermediate’.  If you are still starting but have an active lifestyle, this hike should be doable. Please feel free to reach out to us for guidance.

May30: Cathay Pacific that leaves Manila at 12:30pm and arrives in Kathmandu at 21:45PM.
Jun07:  Cathay Pacific that leaves Kathmandu at 23:00pm and arrives in Manila at 0935AM.
  • Day 1

  • 12:00 PM (May 30): Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

  • Day 2

  • 06:00 AM (May 31): Explore Kathmandu. Morning meditation, sound healing, yoga. Visit famous landmarks: Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath. Closing meditation and sound healing.

  • Day 3

  • 06:00 AM (June 1): Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Visit Phewa Lake. Enjoy sunset yoga, sound healing.

  • Day 4

  • 06:00 AM (June 2): Drive from Pokhara to Tikhedhunga via 4x4. Start of hike to Banthanti. Reflection, journaling, closing meditation, yoga stretches.

  • Day 5

  • 06:00 AM (June 3): Trek from Banthanti to Ghorepani. Opening meditation, sound healing, yoga. Pass through scenic oak and rhododendron forests. Sound bath, meditation.

  • Day 6

  • 06:00 AM (June 4): Sunrise hike from Ghorepani to Poon Hill. Sound healing, meditation, yoga stretches in Poon Hill with Himalayas backdrop. Descent back to Ghorepani for breakfast, trek to Tadapani. Closing meditation, sound healing.

  • Day 7

  • 06:00 AM (June 5): Descend to Ghandruk and drive to Pokhara. End of trek. Morning meditation, sound healing, yoga with mountain view. Tea ceremony, card reading, closing with sound healing, meditation.

  • Day 8

  • 06:00 AM (June 6): Return to Kathmandu. Morning sound bath, meditation, yoga by the lake. Closing and sealing the energies.

  • Day 9

  • 06:00 AM (June 7): Free time in Kathmandu. Fly out in the evening to Manila.
