Declared as an ASEAN heritage park and home of four ethnic groups in the island namely the Mangyan, Batangas Tagalog, Hanunu’o and Bangan, , Mt.Iglit-Baco located in Mindoro is definitely a hike worthy to be discovered. Aside from its scenic landscapes, river crossings, steep ridges and vast lands, the park is also home to the endemic Tamaraw (Bubalus mindorensis), which is one of the most seriously endangered large mammals. Trek along its trail and have the chance to witness these mammals.
